Moroccan Retail Tech Builder - MRTB

“Moroccan Retail Tech Builder -MRTB” (MRTB) is the first Venture Builder in Morocco and Africa, dedicated to the digitalization of commerce. The MRTB platform aims to support a hundred startups in the development of innovative digital solutions for the benefit of retailers. The design of simple and accessible digital tools is also covered by the program to enable beneficiaries to modernize and create value.

Initiated in partnership between the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, and the OCP Foundation, the “Moroccan Retail Tech Builder” is the first platform for incubation and acceleration of digital startups in the commerce sector in Africa.

The objective behind this initiative is to foster the emergence of national champions, stimulate the development of innovative digital solutions, and create value for merchants while enhancing the consumer experience.

As a leading incubator-accelerator in the RetailTech sector, the “Moroccan Retail Tech Builder” also aims to unite all stakeholders in the ecosystem around the digitalization of Moroccan commerce and create a stronger national impact.
