MASSARATES is designed to support project leaders from the idea phase to its realization, by presenting them with all the knowledge and tools necessary to get there.

Indeed, the objective of the MASSARATES program is to provide comprehensive support to idea leaders, helping them to overcome the challenges encountered when launching their activities.

This program will include a range of entrepreneurship training in the form of Hackathons and Boot camps, as well as personalized support and coaching to ensure the success and sustainability of these activities.

How does it work?

Phase 1 - Sourcing and evaluation: A call for applications is launched to pre-select beneficiaries, followed by individual evaluation interviews.
Phase 2 - Immersion in entrepreneurship and Long Sprint: We start with an initiation boot camp to help idea leaders become familiar with the world of entrepreneurship and be able to identify their projects. Then, we support them for six months to transform their ideas into concrete projects through training and personal monitoring.
Phase 3 - Post-creation support and coaching: After the second phase, we provide additional support for the three months following the DemoDay, to facilitate market entry for beneficiaries. We also offer personalized coaching for the following three months to further improve the project and develop action plans for the three years following the program.
